The Stingray

This month the Elasmo of the Month is the Stingray (Dasyatis pastinaca). Most people might not be aware that this species even occurs in Irish water but it is common in a number of areas including Tralee  Bay where it is regularly encountered by anglers. Early registration closes 31st July

Early registration for EEA 2010 closes 31st July. Registration is only complete when BOTH the online registration form is submitted and payment is made through the paypal system. Late registration will incur a €40 penalty and will be accepted until to 31st August.
