This month the Elasmo of the Month is the Stingray (Dasyatis pastinaca). Most people might not be aware that this species even occurs in Irish water but it is common in a number of areas including Tralee Bay where it is regularly encountered by anglers. EEA 2010 – Registration Closed
Registration for the EEA 2010 conference is now closed. We had a very good response and a list of delegates and presentations will be available soon on the IEG website. We look forward to seeing you all in Galway

Early registration for EEA 2010 closes 31st July. Registration is only complete when BOTH the online registration form is submitted and payment is made through the paypal system. Late registration will incur a €40 penalty and will be accepted until to 31st August.
